  1. Hello Lisa,

I came across your article in the Huffington Post and I just want to say well job done! Stepping out on faith after the first job must have been mind blowing. Like you, I was in a position where I was constantly harassed about my qualifications. So I always worked hard and remained focused. After five years, I had a child and when I came back to work, my life became a nightmare. A year later, I end up being fired. It was devastating, because I loved my job and I did everything I could to keep it That was 8 years ago. I have not worked since; but I have been blessed to live somewhat comfortable.

I have not worked because my spirit tells me to go into business for myself. However, I fight self-doubt on a regular. Yet meanwhile I position myself with writing business plans and getting certifications. So I just reach out to tell you I am proud of you for breaking those chains. and to keep up the good work!
