Let Your Melanin Shine! Simple Glitzy Holiday-Inspired Makeup Tutorial Using Drugstore Products

This is a sponosored post on behalf of Tapinfluence but all thoughts and opinions expressed are my own.

When I think of the holiday makeup I think of tons of glitz and shine. But as a work-from-home mom, your girl doesn’t have a ton of time for makeup application. More often than not, when I’m doing my makeup I tend to keep my eyeshadow application on the simple side. I’m also getting a kick out finding everything I need at the drugstore.

By the way, shout out to Proctor & Gamble for their My Black Is Beautiful Initiative.  They are actively working to change the narrative about current standards of beauty, and include women who look like me in the conversation. Our black is indeed beautiful, so it’s refreshing to see brands like Covergirl carrying affordable makeup that works on our varying skin tones. Click HERE to learn more about the initiative.

Okay, y’all know Target is bae, right?  So you know your girl was all too pleased to be able to grab most of the products used in this tutorial right off the shelves.
