Watch Me Spray My Hair Blue! Spray On Blue Hair Tutorial

*This post contains sponsored content but all thoughts and opinons expressed are my own

I get bored with my hair VERY easily. My twist-outs behave very badly, and the last time I tried a bantu knot out they came out looking very struggle-ish. So last night I pulled out two 14 inch bundles of my Big Chop Hair Kinky Curl Clip ins (Use Code LISA to save $$), and my Beyond The Zone Spray on Hair Color, and went to work.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1.

Install the clip ins going face forward. Click HERE  to learn how to install them

Step 2.

Section the hair and braid. Be sure to use a styling product with strong hold. I used Cantu’s Twist and Lock Gel. Purchase HERE.

Step 3.

Place each braid onto a perm rod. I used 1.5 packs of the short white perm rods. Purchase them HERE

Step 4.

Cover hair in a scarf or bonnet and let set over night.

Step 6

Style Hair. I used a hair elsatic to put my hair in a half up style with bangs.

Step 7

Spray hair with spray on color. I ended up using two cans of spray. One blue which you can purchase HERE, and a Teal color from the brand Ions Brights available at Sally’s. In fact, both colors were purchased at Sally’s Beauty Supply.
