You guys may recall seeing this gorgeous headwrap in this video here:
Unfortunately, I got it at a random hair event in New York City, and have been unable to find them ANYWHERE else. I’ve purchased the smaller ones on amazon, but these bigger ones? Nada. Zilch. Needless, to say, I’m on a hunt to find similar ones in various prints elsewhere. That notwithstanding, I think headwraps are THE PERFECT accessory.
Here’s the thing: this isn’t even a REAL headwrap. Most ladies use a scarf and tie it into a wrap around their heads, but I found that to be too damn complicated. As noted in the video above, this headwrap is actually a wire headband. I have several of the small ones which you can buy easily enough HERE, but these bigger ones are hard to come by.
There isn’t ONE rule by which we should follow for wearing a headwrap. If you want to know how to wear a headwrap do the following: keep moving it around about your head until it looks cute. I have found that I look better with a bang, but you may find that you preder having your hair pulled out of your face.
Honestly, this is the rule I follow with any of my fashion choices. If I feel cute, I look cute. Confidence makes the possibilities endless. ne c’est pas?
Ladies, have you tried a wearing a headwrap? If not, would you?
