So first off, this isn’t exactly leopard print. This jacket is some made up animal print that I picked up on super clearance at Forever 21 eons ago. That being said, I’ve worn it plenty and refer to it as my “leopard print coat.” #sueme
Whatever you want to call it, it’s cute, and like almost all leopard print it can be worn with just about anything. I opted to wear it over this mauve shift dress I also picked up from Forever 21 back in August.
Cute right? Okay, let’s pause from my outfit for a second so I can share where I’ve been! If you’re signed up to my mailing list you know that I’ve been completely immersed in building my coaching business. So I’ve been really focused on that, PLUS I needed to take a little pause from the norm. I honestly believe that when you want to change the course of your life, you have to step away from the ordinary to work on the extraordinary.
During my time away I was able to successfully market and launch a small paid mastermind group filled with entrepreneurial women who are primed and ready to start charting their own destiny. I’m actually pretty honored to be the steering the ship! Anyhoo, that’s what’s been going on in my neck of the woods. I’m just pretty much nonstop, but it feels good, you know? Like I’m finally onto something.
WHAT TO WEAR WITH A LEOPARD PRINT COAT
This week I was also interviewed on the Ask Dr. Renee Show where I was able to share my entire journey towards entrepreneurship. You can catch the replay HERE, but be forewarned I shed some tears during this interview!
That’s all folks! I’ve got some great holiday themed posts coming up, including an EPIC giveaway, so you’re definitely going to want to stay tuned to be in the know. Also, I know that this is my blog and I generally showcase things that I’m into, but I sincerely want to start incorproating more of what you’re into. If there’s something in particular that you’d like to see here just drop me a line. I love getting emails from you guys.
Hey, Boo! My name is Lisa and you’ve stumbled upon my own little corner of the world. I’m a 30 something-year-old writer/mother/wife who happens to love lipstick, high heels, blackness, and the truth. You’ll find a mix of everything on this site, so I won’t bore you by trying to define this space. I hope you stay awhile!
