Pink and White Outfit Idea
Christmas was both low-key and festive this year which is exactly how I like it. Our family visiting from Mexico is in town for the next few weeks so we had a bit of a family reunion, which was really nice, especially for Jackson Blaise.
He had a great Christmas day and for that I am extremely grateful. P.S. his favorite toys were the $1 cars I picked up from the local Dollar Tree. My kid is all about less being more and I love it.
I don’t have any actual pictures of myself from Christmas Day because I was too busy focusing on being present. This pink and white outfit idea is from my my most recent photoshot and video. In any event, being present, and purposeful, and grateful are the three qualities I will be bringing into 2016. Even though I am my own boss, for the last few weeks i’ve been starting to feel more and more like a machine. Cranking out content and landing clients without my heart being in it. What’s worse is that I was spending tons of time and therefore sacrificing the precious time I have to spend with my baby boy. Just look at how much he’s grown over the last few christmas’s!
He’s grown so much and I refuse to miss out on anymore of his growing. This year will be all about keeping my sanity while enjoying life and its many blessings!
I am so excited for the new year and all of the new things I have on the horizon.
I’ll also continue to share my fashion, which, I think, will continue to be feminine yet-edgy.
How did you spend your Christmas and what do you look forward to most in the new year?
Hey, Boo! My name is Lisa and you’ve stumbled upon my own little corner of the world. I’m a 30 something-year-old writer/mother/wife who happens to love lipstick, high heels, blackness, and the truth. You’ll find a mix of everything on this site, so I won’t bore you by trying to define this space. I hope you stay awhile!
