Actress Elise Neal appeared on the Soul Train Awards red carpet in a white pantsuit that has left many of us perplexed.
Listen, I get it, you’re supposed to take risks with fashion, but the train on the pant-legs were so cumbersome poor Ms. Neal could barely pose for pictures. See for yourself:
Elise is a gorgeous woman with a gorgeous figure, but I’m having a hard time understanding the intent of the pantsuit.

What say you, folks? Could this suit be fashionable? Where did she go wrong?
Hey, Boo! My name is Lisa and you’ve stumbled upon my own little corner of the world. I’m a 30 something-year-old writer/mother/wife who happens to love lipstick, high heels, blackness, and the truth. You’ll find a mix of everything on this site, so I won’t bore you by trying to define this space. I hope you stay awhile!
OK. If a pantsuit designer wanted to have a train-like effect, the pant leg should not sweep the floor in the front. This was huge design error. The designer should have stopped the pant leg at the knee (or maybe even below the knee) creating an inset look that tapered around to the back and then let the train fall. One design flaw can ruin an otherwise stunning outfit or garment.
She obviously did it for attention because it was a beautiful suit without the ridiculous extended legs.
It cute but she should have made it so long that’s what’s makes it ugly
It was beautiful and she wore it well. Most of the clothing the stars wear on the red carpet are to be worn once more than likely.
