I like you guys. You’re my people, so when I discover a product worth purchasing you’re first in line for the details. This is especially true when the products are inexpensive. The latest? The New Wet n Wild Catsuit Liquid Lipsticks.
Sidebar: If reading isn’t your thing today, feel free to watch my video review here instead:
If you recall, I actually reviewed these a few months ago when they were limited edition. You can read/watch that review HERE. Since then, Wet n Wild has re-released The Catsuit Liquid Lipsticks as a permanent line with 13 colors in total. These are the colors I picked up:
Give Me Mocha
Nice To Fuchsia
Flame Of The Game
These are great, full coverage liquid-to matte lipsticks. They are $4.99 each and can be purchased at your local Walgreens or via the Wet n Wild Website HERE. You can also purchase them for more than double the normal price via Amazon HERE.
If you’re not familiar with liquid-to matte lipsticks you should know that these go on like a gloss and dry down to a matte finish. They are lightweight, but they are not moisturizing. The lack of moisture is what allows these to have such amazing staying power. If you want a more comfortable wear, I’d recommend wearing a lip balm underneath, and then topping it with a traditional cream or glossy lipstick.
These are my absolute favorite drugstore matte lipstick; if you grab these you won’t be disappointed. Of the colors shown above, the only one that gave me the most trouble in terms of coverage was Flame of The Game. As I have very pigmented lips, this color required more coats than the others to allow for full and even coverage.
That’s all, folks! Love yourself and go get these now! You deserve it.
