Yes, folks, Diddy gave we black women a basic, but nice enough shout out today on social media, and it has caused a firestorm of hurt feelings.

Wrong. Some folks, particularly those who have a natural aversion to seeing themselves excluded from black spaces, took issue with the message.

I legit don’t get it. This would be like getting mad at Asian people for celebrating Chinese New Year. Let folks celebrate their own. It’s not about you!
