5 of The BEST Makeup Removers You Need To Try

As much as I love makeup, I hate taking it off at night. I’m a very solutions-driven person, so when I find a problem, I look for a way to fix it. Which is why I had to go on the hunt for products that make taking it off easy. The following list includes products that I have found to remove my makeup fairly effortlessly.

Removing makeup for me is a 2-step process, 3-step if you include removing my eye makeup with I tend to do separately, but for the most part, I do it in two steps. First, I use a remover of some sort, then I follow with a cleanser to take of what the remover might leave behind.

Without further ado, I give you my favorite makeup removing products today. Ready?

Clean it Zero

I put this product at the top of my list because it can, in fact, remove your makeup in one step. I know! I haven’t found another makeup-remover that can fully do what this stuff does. It’s a balm, so it starts as a solid, then literally melts your makeup away.  A little bit goes a LOOOOONG way. I’ve had mine for almost 6 months, and still, have more than half the jar left.  Buy it HERE.

Bioderma Sensibio H2O Micellar Water

Micellar water is interesting. It looks and smells like water, but it can actually take your makeup off. I’ve tried a few on the market and Bioderma does the best job. I do follow with a cleanser, but this stuff takes most of my makeup off.  Buy it HERE.

Noxzema Classic Clean Cream Original Deep Cleansing

Throwback, right? But I was recently reintroduced to Nozema Classic Clean and I’m here for it. It’s the cheapest product on this list, so if you need something that you can grab at a family dollar or target this on is it. It works just as well as when were kids. You can use it with or without water. I even use it as a shaving cream for my legs! Getchusome HERE.

Almay Longwear & Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover Pads

I just love this stuff. I love it so much, I use Amazon’s Subscribe and Save feature so it gets automatically delivered to me every few months. I’ve used other eye makeup removers that I like as well, but this one doesn’t require that I use a separate cotton pad. I’ve tried the “oil-free” version but it doesn’t work quite as well. Get this one and thank me later. Buy it HERE.

Heimish All Clean Balm

This stuff works similarly to Clean it Zero. but it contains more natural ingredients. It’s also a bit more gentle on the skin. While clean it zero can sort of leave the skin feeling a bit dry, Helmish All Clean leaves the skin feeling more moisturized. Of the two, I believe Clean it Zero does a better job of removing my makeup, however, you might prefer Helmish. I like the both, so you’ll have to try and see which one you like best. Buy it HERE.

My Favorite Makeup-Removing Cleanser

Desert Essence Thorough Clean Face Wash Oily Skin

I’ve tried plenty of cleansers, and there are many I love, but none of them can remove my makeup like this one. I do want to warn you, however, that this cleanser contains tea tree oil, so if you get it into your eyes it will sting. Othwerise, it’s a great face wash that will leave your skin refreshed. Bear in mind, you’re going to want to follow up with your favorite hydrating, toner, serum and moisturizer.
